What
3 words best describe your agency?
Customer
service: it's who we are. We started with vacation rentals in Megève,
focusing on quality service. I then decided to join the Barnes brand,
which naturally understands what premium service means.
Professionalism: we have strict ethics and work in our clients’
best interests, respecting both regulations and our colleagues.
Excellence: which is a product of our first two values. We represent
a prestigious, international brand with local teams who know their
regions inside and out.
What is the event in your agency that marked you this year?
We have trained 10 of our employees in real estate appraisal. The value opinion is mostly based on comparative methods whereas at Barnes, we apply real estate appraisal methods, with tools allowing to complete and refine the comparative system.
What is likely to change your market or your profession in the next 12 months?
In the mountains, we will always be subject to snow quality. And on the more urban lake sector, the impacting element will be the evolution of town planning rules.
What makes the Rhône-Alpes region unique in your profession?
In Savoie-Mont-Blanc, we enjoy unique and even classified sites. The proximity of Geneva is obviously also an asset for the stations which each have their charm and their customers. Les Aravis, with Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz, are in increasing demand as prices remain affordable, with an excellent ski area.
