Originally from New York and having lived in London, Marjan brought with her a wealth of experience and a unique vision when she settled in Annecy in 2019. Although her ties to this region date back more than 25 years, it was in the heart of this city that she decided to establish her architecture studio in 2020, in the midst of the pandemic. Before dedicating herself to architecture, she had an impressive career as a fund manager in the commodities sector, specializing in oil, gas, and metals.
However, her passion for architecture never left her. While pursuing her career in finance, Marjan trained at a prestigious architecture school, gaining valuable experience by completing a dozen projects even before launching her own studio.
Today, Marjan and her team of two collaborators orchestrate a variety of ambitious projects. Among their most notable achievements is the Swiss Life project in Annecy, where they transformed commercial premises into spaces that are both functional and aesthetically refined. Their portfolio also includes sophisticated residential projects, both interior and exterior, as well as prestigious international projects in New York, Namibia, and the Gulf of Mexico.
Marjan's studio in Veyrier-du-Lac is housed in a renovated old barn, a place full of charm and character. In addition to her architectural work, Marjan has created a unique concept store, offering an exclusive selection of vintage pieces from the 1930s to the 1970s.
