Fly over Lake Annecy in a microlight
Imagine a 360 ° view of Lake Annecy: its expanse of turquoise water surrounded by emerald mountains and the treasures of its shores from a unique and panoramic point of view. Delta Evasion invites you to live this unique experience: fly over Lake Annecy in a two-seater ULM, for a prestigious first flight. Accessible to a wide audience, this activity can be practiced during a family stay in a vacation rental in Annecy: enough to spice up your discovery of the region! Children can board the ULM commuter from the age of 5. All adults, regardless of their age and including people with reduced mobility, can also, provided they weigh up to 100 kg maximum. The ULM and helicopter base from which you will take off is located in Doussard, near the paraglider landing area. At the end of Lake Annecy, Deltaland is an outdoor lounge with a lounge atmosphere that will welcome your companions during your flight. Children will relax there enjoying the bouncy castle and the trampoline. You can also have a quiet drink there to share your impressions and photos after landing!
ULM flight routes
Delta Evasion offers 4 different flights, which always take place in the morning:
- The Petit lac formula consists of a 10-minute first flight over the clear waters of Lake Annecy, from the Bout-du-Lac nature reserve to the Duingt peninsula. An ideal circuit to get to know the sensations of the pendular ULM. Price 45 euros with optional photos (20 or 30 euros depending on whether you provide the SD card or not)
- The Grand Lac formula with 20 minutes of flight and an unforgettable circuit above the castle of Duingt, Annecy and Talloires, at the price of 80 euros (souvenir photos option at 20 or 30 euros if the SD card is provided by Delta Evasion)
- The Tour du Lac formula and its 30-minute flight to discover the lake and its shores at a height of 1000 meters, with a panoramic view of the Haute-Savoie mountains. Flight price 100 euros (photo option 20 or 30 euros).
- The Plein des Yeux formula at 3000 meters, a 50-minute flight which consists of a long excursion in the skies of Haute-Savoie, with the flight over its massifs and prestigious sites: Mont blanc, Aravis chain, Lake Geneva, Lake of 'Annecy, La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, the Glières plateau. Price 195 euros and photo option at 20 or 30 euros.
Practical information
Anyone from 5 years old can fly in a microlight. The only constraint is the weight, limited to 100 kg for reasons of balance of the two-seater aircraft.
The ultralight ultralight pilot of the company Delta Evasion is Dominique. He is a state graduate (DGAC), very experienced, and passionate about the Annecy region.
Flights are offered every day of the week from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Bring warm clothing and closed shoes, such as basketball. Advice to follow especially for the Grand Tour and Plein les Yeux circuits, during which a high altitude is reached.
Flights are postponed or reimbursed in the event of adverse weather conditions.
