Les Bois

The Bois sector is undeniably a district with authentic charm. A little further from the city center than Les Praz, it benefits from the same advantages (proximity to the golf course and the Flégère ski area), as well as a splendid view of the Mont-Blanc range, and especially of the needles of the Drus.

The Bois district is imbued with a strong identity because there is a harmonious combination of modern chalets and traditional buildings which gives it a picturesque allure. Some of the most beautiful chalets in Chamonix are located in this quiet area close to the city center, where the market is vibrant and prices high. Many families are looking for a primary or secondary residence there.
