Les Houches

Les Houches is a small family village resort nestled in the southern part of the Chamonix Valley. It is easily accessible from the white motorway, which leads to Chamonix in just ten minutes. Summer and winter, this resort offers all the joys of the mountain: hiking and mountain biking trails, ski slopes including the legendary "Green" of Kandahar, on which the World Cup alpine skiing events take place.

The commune of Les Houches offers a string of small hamlets where you can find beautiful old farms, contemporary chalets and stand-alone residences, often ski-in ski-out. Located in a friendly and rural setting, Les Houches live throughout the year thanks to the local population, native to the Valley, who lives there.
Prices are lower there than in Chamonix but the Les Houches ski area provides significant property valuation, with upward prospects. Many construction projects are emerging from the ground, at the foot of the slopes, which is no longer the case in Chamonix.
