Saint-Nicolas-de-Véroce

The hamlet of Saint-Nicolas-de-Véroce is a part of the town of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, although it is about ten kilometers away. Balcony of the Mont-Blanc Massif, this human-sized hamlet offers all the assets of a mountain village: charm, authenticity, peace and comfort, as well as the good sides of an active and attractive village: stores and market active during the seasons, L'Armancette Hotel & Spa, with its restaurants and rental chalets. Saint-Nicolas-de-Véroce provides access to the Evasion Mont-Blanc skiing domain in winter, from the Chattrix cable car, and offers many summer activities: climbing, hiking, mountain biking, etc.

On the real estate side, demand is high and properties for sale are scarce. There are beautiful mountain homes with a view of Mont-Blanc, perfect balance between peace and authenticity at an altitude of 1180m. The prices are relatively higher than in Saint-Gervais.

The recent installation of the 5-star Hotel & Spa L’Armancette (The Leading Hotels of the World) contributes to the reputation of the village and to its attractiveness.
